If you suffer from insomnia or energy issues, then this indicates you have some form of adrenal fatigue.
If you've ever had mercury dental fillings then your body was exposed to high amounts of mercury coming off the fillings as a vapor. This poisoned your digestive tract, kidneys, adrenals and many other organs of your body.
For me I had so much mercury exposure, that my intestinal
nerves were killed and I lost 97% of my ability for food to pass through my intestines. This forced me to eat very little food and mostly fruit for a period of 4 years. In the 4th year while going to college, I woke up one morning feeling like a tank had rolled over my body in the middle of the night. I'd lost 50% of my life force. I had to retreat from college and resume a home life.
In hindsight I now know that I had seriously exhausted my adrenal glands. They have
remained a weak point for me for all of my life now.
A few months back I tried a pescatarian diet devoid of red meat or chicken or any land animal and I lost more and more muscle mass, indicating that my adrenals were so stressed that they produced cortisol. This cortisol then digested my muscles as a fuel source.
I've tried to become vegan many times over the years, with the results always being the same. I lose muscle mass, my memory fails me, I
become uncoordinated and injury myself a lot more and I lose my energy to work in the yard. All great traits if you want to become a plant.
But since I'm a human being, that does not work. So, I've recollected upon all my experimentation and have come to the conclusion that my body is not going to change, that if I want to thrive physically in this world, I must eat land animal meats.
I have found the I derive more benefits from red meats and pork when I eat
them only 30% cooked and the rest is raw. I always listen to my body and when it says eat the meat cooked I cook it and when it says eat the meat raw I eat it raw.
Now with meats back in my diet, I've recently learned that if I consume too much fat in my diet, that my cells mitochondria will not convert glucose into energy. Since the Weston A. Price and Primal Diets advocate a large amount of animal fats and these are the two diets I've adhered to mostly in the past, then all
evidence is that I had been ingesting too much fat and this was plugging up the machinery of the cell, stopping it from being able to make energy from glucose.
I'm now paying closer attention to the amount of fat in my diet and keeping it leaner than before.
According to Georgi Dinkov, too much fat in the diet blocks the mitochondria from converting glucose into energy. So all the studies demonizing carbs are done on people who have too much fat in
their cells. The most destructive fats are the seed oils found in so many foods, as well as sold separately that people add to foods or cook with. Canola, soy, corn, sunflower, seed oils are one of these most destructive non-foods you can put into your body.
You have to be on a fat lean diet for a time to burn and remove all the congestion in your cells. Once the cells are free of excess fat, then their ability to convert glucose into energy is restored. Type II Diabetics have
reversed following this plan.
The ideal balanced diet once your body is free of excess fats is a diet with 33% proteins, 33% fats and 33% carbohydrates.
In order to lower my excess cortisol at night and support the healing or strengthening of my adrenals I've come upon a combination of products that are working.
I'm using Synergy One to increase my growth hormone levels, which calms and rebuilds my adrenals. I'm using Cortisol Stress Reset
to lower my cortisol and support my ability to sleep at night. I'm using Klean BCAA + Peak and Liposomal ATP to enable me to have energy all day long even if I don't sleep. I'm using Glandkort and Cytozyme-AD to rebuild my adrenals. And yes, I'm excited to say that they are working. I've gone from 112 lbs. up to 119 lbs. I'm hoping for getting back to my ideal weight of 130 lbs.
